Even the local security is harrassing the people. So many foreingers are going there and something has to be done to keep everyone safe. Lila was a wonderful girl and devotee of Krsna. Don't let her death go in vain, she died so that Vrndavan would become a safer place. Now she is in the safest place, close to KRsna. Please make Vrndavan safer.

Failure to do so would bring a very chaotic situation but with the cooperation of devotees all around the world a lot can be done to save this planet from degradation.

Vrindavan is known as the most visited holy place by millions of Vaisnavas, and non-Vaisnavas around the world. It's also known unfortunately for it's mafia and lawlessness to those who have been around a while. I visit Vrindavan just about every year from the USA, spending thousands upon thousands of dollars, and I have hundreds of friends who do the same. India has been progressively following the lead of the west in technology, industry and pop-culture, but increasingly intelligent westerners are turning to India for spiritual culture, sadly to find it often-times neglected. Please consider Vrindavan the best of all tourist destinations, as it is considered by all other holy places to be the foremost, and help protect the thousands of international visitors who frequent and live within the area. The government will only show interest if it affects their financial interest. For example, slaughter houses are now being erected and enhanced in India. Also recently a place in Kamyavana where Lord Krishna used to slide on the rock slide, which was a place of spiritual and historical significance, was blown up with dynamite, for the interest of mining that land. If view of all this, whether Vrindavana is a holy place or not, will not matter to those in power with the mentality of such actions sighted here. The residents of Vrindavana and also devotees from all over the world, should be urged to actively action the government towards the protection of the holy places. This may take the form of strikes, demonstrations to parliament, boycots from International businesses in which Devotees have a stronghold, Etc, which will have economic consequences. Alongside this, devotees should stand as candidates in parliament for elections into Government. Political parties of devotees must be funded and established. While all this is going on, Srila Prabhupada's books must be actively distributed to educate the public around the world towards the values of spirituality, so that these holy places and their significance may be recognized more and more in society. Deepak Kumar Anotra INDIAHare Krsna, I've read this sad news one of our iskcon follower had murdered in India at Vrindavan Dham where the only demons has to die not the devotees, i've seen Vrindavana and nearby places where so many places are totally unsecure not for tourist even localised persons also. i've an request from our Indian Government, UP State Government, kindly look into this matter which is very serious as Srila Prabhupada has done great job to turn the lifes of all the peoples who came to Vrindavan for giving rest of the life in the service of Lord Krishna, All of us have an faith on Lord Krishna who will save us but thru all of yours great efforts only.
